Chamei para consertar minha lavadora brastemp pediu R$ 270,00 para trocar o Atuador do Freio. O preço da peça na Autorizada Brastemp custa R$ 54,27. O técnico trocou a peça em EXATAMENTE CINCO MINUTOS.
Depois liguei em 2 autorizadas de Campinas que me passaram o valor de R$ 130,00 peça e mão de obra.
No momento questionei bastante o preço com os tecnicos, que entraram em contato por telefone com o proprietário e fez o serviço por R$ 240,00 à vista. PREÇO ABUSIVO!!!! Ligue em outras autorizadas não façam sem antes pesquisar!!!! Fica o alerta!!!!!

I called to repair my washer brastemp asked for $ 270.00 to replace the Brake Actuator. The price of the piece at Authorized Brastemp costs R $ 54.27. The technician switched the piece to EXACTLY FIVE MINUTES.
Then I called 2 authorized from Campinas who handed me the value of R $ 130.00 piece and labor.
At the time I questioned quite the price with the technicians, who contacted by phone with the owner and made the service for $ 240.00 in sight. ABUSIVE PRICE !!!! Call in other authorized do not do without search before !!!! Get alert !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em março 2020 ocorreu um defeito no câmbio da minha maq. de lavar, solicitei a assistência da empresa Crispim e paguei pela substituição do conjunto do câmbio. Em meados de junho 2020 solicitei a assistência da Crispim pois a maq. apresentava um ruído muito alta na centrifugação, eles mexeram na maq. e o barulho parou. Em outubro 2020 a maq. voltou a fazer o barulho na centrifugação e em dezembro 2020 ela começou a vazar água, desta vez solicitei a assistência de dois técnicos e ambos afirmaram que o problema era no câmbio e que o mesmo não tinha sido substituído e que para ter dado problema novamente em tão pouco tempo, o câmbio tinha sido apenas reformado. Das duas uma, ou a empresa não cumpriu com o que foi acordado (substituição do conj. do câmbio) ou o material utilizado pela a empresa é de qualidade duvidosa.
