★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui uma vez la pra nunca mais. Levei meu cão pra banho e tosa e quando fui busca-lo ele estava machucado na pata entre os dedos. Voltei la para reclamar eles falaram que foi culpa do cão que nao ficou quieto, em outras palvras eles so tosam cães que ficam quietos. Fiquei indiguinado pois além de machucarem meu cão ainda colocaram a culpa nele. Pensei até em processar esse pet, pois nem desculpa pediram, meu animal levou semanas mancando. Nunca mais levo ele nesse lugar.
I went there once and never again. I took my dog for a bath and grooming and when I went to get him he was injured in his paw between his fingers. I went back there to complain they said it was the dog's fault that it was not quiet, in other words they only dogs that are quiet. I was nominated because in addition to hurting my dog they still blamed him. I even thought about suing this pet, because they didn't even ask for an excuse, my animal took a limp for weeks. I'll never take him to that place again.
