★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu chow chow às 9h da manhã e ele só saiu 13:30h de uma tosa higiênica e banho. Um absurdo, uma vez que ele voltou molhado ainda, sujeito a pegar algum fungo. Péssimo.
I took my chow chow at 9 am and it only left 13:30 from a hygienic grooming and bath. It was absurd, since he came back wet, subject to catching some fungus. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei uns 10 minutos na porta chamando e ninguém veio, quando veio não me chamaram pra entrar, me mantiveram do lado de fora, perguntei preço de banho e tosa passaram, mas muito sem atenção. Achei o primeiro atendimento a desejar... nem entrei no pet! Fizeram questão de me manter do lado de fora. Tomara que seja só uma primeira impressão... mas confesso que não tive vontade de voltar
I stayed about 10 minutes at the door calling and no one came, when they came they didn't call me to enter, they kept me outside, I asked for the price of bath and grooming, but without much attention. I found the first service to be desired ... I didn't even enter the pet! They made a point of keeping me out. I hope it's just a first impression ... but I confess I didn't feel like going back
