★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência não podia ter sido pior ! A minha mãe chegou na clínica prosaúde em São Gonçalo para ser atendida por ela, não estava se sentindo bem o horário dela era 12:06h ela chegou 12:18h e ela disse que não iria atender pois tinha passado do horário de atendimento dela.
Minha mãe reforçou ao funcionário que não estava se sentindo bem e a “médica” que estava na clínica se negou a atender. Mesmo a clínica não sendo uma emergência, ela como médica não poderia negar atendimento a uma pessoa que estava se sentindo mau.
 The experience couldn't have been worse! My mother arrived at the prosaúde clinic in São Gonçalo to be seen by her, she was not feeling well, her time was 12:06 pm she arrived at 12:18 pm and she said she would not attend because it was past her opening hours.
My mother reinforced to the employee that she was not feeling well and the “doctor” who was at the clinic refused to attend. Even though the clinic was not an emergency, she as a doctor could not deny care to a person who was feeling bad.
