★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Atendimento pós aluguel péssimo! O vestido estava esfarrapado no dia da prova. As atendentes acharam normal e não deram solução. Tive locar um vestido em outro lugar faltando uma semana para o casamento e não concordaram em me devolver o dinheiro.
Terrible! Lousy after-rental service! The dress was tattered on the day of the race. The attendants thought it was normal and gave no solution. I had to rent a dress elsewhere with a week to go before the wedding and they did not agree to return the money to me.

Cliente gosta de atenção, principalmente noiva q tem um milhão de coisas pra resolVer as Vésperas do casamento. Não atendem telefone. Deveriam disponibilizar um whatsap. Precisam melhorar muito na atenção ao cliente.
Very good price, but in terms of customer service, it leaves a lot to be desired. You rent the clothes months in advance, they mark the day of the race but do not call confirming. Client likes attention, especially the bride who has a million things to solve on the eve of the wedding. They don't answer the phone. They should provide a whatsap. They need to greatly improve customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei chateada com a Loja, aluguei um vestido e no dia foram muito gentis , paguei a vista tudo no dia e me falaram que eu poderia ligar para reagendar, porem hoje me informaram de forma grosseira que so poderia reagendar nas terça e quarta . Falta flexibididade humildade e repeito aos clientes no pos venda. Fica aqui meu comentario para oportunidade de melhoria .
I was upset with the store, I rented a dress and on the day they were very kind, I paid for everything on the day and they told me that I could call to reschedule, but today I was rudely informed that I could only reschedule on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is a lack of flexibility, humility and respect for customers in the after-sales service. Here is my comment for opportunity for improvement.
