Aluguei meu vestido de casamento com vocês e os ajustes que precisavam ser feitos ficaram extremamente grosseiros e mesmo brigando para arrumarem me entregaram um péssimo serviço que infelizmente ficará marcado na filmagem e nas fotos para toda vida. Não recomendo para ninguém esse lugar. Nota 0 pra vocês.
Terrible. I rented my wedding dress with you and the adjustments that needed to be made were extremely rude and even fighting to get it delivered gave me a terrible service that unfortunately will be marked in filming and photos for a lifetime. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Grade 0 for you.

As atendentes fingiram que não tinha ninguém na loja pra atender, disseram que não era o melhor lugar pra ela alugar o vestido, acredito que seja porque ela não estava vestindo roupa de alta costura e salto. Péssimo atendimento! Só atendem quem tem cara de rico ????
My mother was extremely mistreated in this store. The attendants pretended that there was no one in the store to attend to, said that it was not the best place for her to rent the dress, I believe it is because she was not wearing couture clothes and heels. Terrible attendance! They only serve those who have a rich face ????

I made my wedding dress here....and it stressed me out too much! They left the fitting to the last minute and in the week of my wedding I was only on account of the dress that was not the way I wanted it. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, começando meu marido e eu fomos padrinhos de um casamento, e também iríamos casar, no caso iríamos nos casar também na semana seguinte, então alugamos lá o terno do terno do meu marido que iríamos ser padrinho e aluguei os vestido das 4 daminhas do meu casamento, até então o atendimento foi ótimo, o preço foi ótimo, tudo foi excepcional.
Até que não ligaram para o meu marido fazer a prova do terno, um dia antes do casamento tivemos que ir lá urgente para que as medidas fossem tiradas, e somente depois disso eles fizeram tiraram as medidas e o terno ficou péssimo, na hora do casamento não tinha mais oq fazer péssimo o acabamento.
Por fim, no dia do nosso casamento, trocaram o vestido de uma das minhas daminhas, quando eu fui destrocar tinha uma outra cliente, buscando o vestido de uma debutante e eles entregaram o vestido de uma daminha pra ela, sorte que a mulher conferiu antes.
Resumindo, na hora de fechar o contrato, receber e etc, eles são excelentes depois deixam muito a desejar, não recomendo para ninguém.

Finally, on our wedding day, they changed the dress of one of my bridesmaids, when I went to change there was another client, looking for a debutante's dress and they delivered a bridesmaid's dress to her, luck that the woman checked before. .
In short, when closing the contract, receiving, etc., they are excellent after leaving a lot to be desired, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja desorganizada: após a tomada das medidas, nova prova foi agendada, porém vestido estava na lavanderia - ninguém avisou que não poderia haver prova/retirada no dia agendado, o que gerou um novo agendamento/deslocamento. Ajuste insuficiente/orientação técnica ruim: vestido de daminha de comprimento longo na barra; ao questionar a funcionária sobre o comprimento da saia e anáguas, a mesma falou que era desse jeito mesmo. Porém, no dia do evento, a criança não conseguia andar sem pisar no vestido e foi necessário improvisar e diminuir o comprimento das barras com fita adesiva. Retirada com vestidos trocados: no dia da retirada o ajuste não parecia em conformidade com as medidas da criança, foi necessário novo ajuste no mesmo dia. Posteriormente, vi no bilhete grampeado no vestido que o mesmo seria retirado em outro dia e horário, ou seja, houve troca dos vestidos entre as daminhas do mesmo evento. Organização e profissionalismo muito abaixo do esperado. Ficou a desejar.

Later, I saw in the note clipped to the dress that it would be removed on another day and time, that is, there was an exchange of dresses between the bridesmaids of the same event. Organization and professionalism far below expectations. It was left to be desired.
