Todavia os horários são muito escassos, não funciona nem sábado, nem domingo.
 The space is nice, well structured and the instructors are apparently well prepared.
However, schedules are very scarce, it doesn't work on Saturday or Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui acompanhar minhas filhas de 6 e 11 anos no treino de Cross Fit infantil....isso mesmo que vc leu.....um horário exclusivo para Crianças.....exelente ideia da Direção dessa Academia. As aulas são adaptadas para os Pimpolhos. Obs: Os Paes e Responsaveis podem acompanhar as aulas, vendo de de perto tudo oque estão fazendo. Amei a ideia.....ta na hora de agitar essa geração online.
I went to accompany my 6 and 11-year-old daughters in the children's Cross Fit training ... that's right, you read ..... an exclusive schedule for Children ..... excellent idea of the Direction of this Academy. Classes are adapted for Pimpolhos. Note: Parents and Parents can follow the classes, seeing closely what they are doing. I loved the idea ..... it's time to rock this generation online.
