Me senti muito mais acolhida do que em uma academia que a grande maioria passam os treinos e largam a gente depois. Expliquei minhas condições e restrições físicas solicitadas pelo meu médico e foram super atenciosos a aula toda e ví que são assim com todos!!!

Think of an amazing place, with extremely attentive and caring teachers ?. I loved the experimental class I took with my husband and children!! I felt much more welcomed than in a gym where the vast majority spend their training and leave us later. I explained my conditions and physical restrictions requested by my doctor and they were super attentive throughout the class and I saw that they are like that with everyone!!!
I just loved it!! Soon I'll be back to train ??
