Já me decepcionei com muitas academias e instrutores que abandonam os alunos e preferência outros, mas lá a atenção e exercícios é para todos e seus limites são respeitados.
Eu já havia desistido e alí quebrei paradigmas e preconceitos quanto ao Cross, super indico .
