Minha primeira aula foi muito detalhada e com muita paciência fui orientada a fazer os exercícios, apesar de fazer funcional na praia e corrida, o croissfit é uma modalidade bem diferente, com nomes e um ritmo diferente, mas que foi explicado com muita paciência e atenção. Já marquei minha segunda aula e com certeza irei me matricular para continuar, pois gostei muito do ambiente arejado, organizado e com profissionais capacitados.

I have already booked my second class and I will definitely enroll to continue, as I really liked the airy, organized environment with trained professionals.
