★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa academia Cross Fit segue a proposta que esta no site, ou seja, existe uma estratégia nos treinos que trabalha exercícios anaeróbicos e aeróbicos em um período controlado. Os outros pontos positivos são as parcerias com outros profissionais, a cordialidade dos profissionais, a limpeza do local, a manutenção dos equipamentos, a grade dos horários e a diversidade dos instrutores ( o instrutor detalhista e o carismático ). A moça que realiza a limpeza é a mais carismática, todos os treinos que participe as 6 horas da manha, esta profissional sempre estava sorridente e realiza o comprimento de bons modos/virtude do bom humor.
This Cross Fit gym follows the proposal that is on the website, that is, there is a strategy in training that works anaerobic and aerobic exercises in a controlled period. The other positive points are the partnerships with other professionals, the cordiality of the professionals, the cleanliness of the place, the maintenance of equipment, the schedule and the diversity of instructors (the detailed and charismatic instructor). The girl who performs the cleaning is the most charismatic, she participates in all training at 6 am, this professional was always smiling and carries out the length of good manners/virtue of good humor.
