★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mim, mais importante do que espaço físico e equipamentos, o que faz um box de Crossfit ser bom é a equipe, professores dedicados, atenciosos, com energia (mas que sabem impor limites nos alunos) são a receita para do sucesso e isso, a Four Heads tem (com muita sobra). De todos os afiliados que já conheci, de longe, a Four Heads é melhor lugar para treinamos (tipo, de longe mesmo).
 For me, more important than physical space and equipment, what makes a Crossfit box good is the staff, dedicated, thoughtful, energetic teachers (who know how to set limits on students) are the recipe for success and that Four Heads has (with a lot of left over). Of all the affiliates I've met by far, Four Heads is the best place to train (like, by far).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de ser um box com excelente espaço físico, os treinos são preparados de forma estratégica e desafiador para todos os níveis, os coachs e a head coach são excelentes e em questão de equipamentos e acessórios, é sem dúvidas um dos mais completos que já vi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me surpreendi com a estrutura do CrossFit e como os instrutores são super competentes, em especial ao Antônio (Tony). Box extremamente bem distribuído, com espaços inclusive demarcados por conta da COVID-19, álcool para os equipamentos e higienização geral ao fim de cada aula, enfim, estão de parabéns pela estrutura e cuidado com os alunos, equipe nota 10.
I was surprised by the structure of CrossFit and how the instructors are super competent, especially Antônio (Tony). Box extremely well distributed, with spaces even demarcated on account of COVID-19, alcohol for equipment and general cleaning at the end of each class, in short, they are to be congratulated for the structure and care for students, team grade 10.
