★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na quinta-feira em uma aula experiemental , não tive um suporte individual , por ser a primeira vez vida que iria "treinar", e tive a mesma aula que os demais alunos já aptos com experiência. Resunindo, no dia seguinte já fiquei totalmente lesionada , com muitas dores fora de controle , muito além que dores musculares rotineiras de academia, são leões musculares, mal consigo andar e levantar os braços . Isso resume-se em uma academia despreparada para atender um cliente com sua fase inicial de treino, e falta de profissionalismo . Não indico a ninguém.
 On Thursday in an experimental class, I did not have an individual support, because it was the first time I would "train", and I had the same class as the other students already qualified with experience. In summary, the next day I was totally injured, with many uncontrolled pains, far beyond routine muscle pains at the gym, they are muscle lions, I can barely walk and raise my arms. This boils down to a gym unprepared to serve a client with his initial training phase, and lack of professionalism. I don't tell anyone.

CrossFit Ibirapuera ❤️ is my second family for over two years! Headcoach sets up incredible workouts that challenge us every day! Fuck ..... ? Besides we have the best equipment: even the Air Bike we have (sit on it: you have to cycle)! The coaches are great and we even compete together! .... Aliás, fiz até as fotos de pre-wedding com a minha esposa na Box :D
I started training in this Box and felt at home from day one. Coaches are always attentive and focused on improving our technique and our conditioning. Super recommend it!
By the way, I even did the pre-wedding photos with my wife on Box: D

Fiz aulas diárias quando viajei para São Paulo, o Leandro proprietário do Box negociei um valor pelas diárias que iria ficar na cidade, muito atencioso!
Quando visitar SP novamente e ficar por perto, com certeza iria treinar aí novamente ! ????????

The coaches are educated on crossfit and other physical education to train you, the equipment is new and kept in perfect condition, the place is always clean. For the beginners is a relaxed atmosphere which is a great way to be introduced to this amazing sport without intimidation. For advanced crossfiters this place build to push your limits and those of others.
I'm a foreigner living in Brazil who can easily call this place home away from home. I've been training here for 6 months I'm in the best shape of my life.
