★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar TOP!!! Professores qualificados e atenciosos. Antes ou depois do trabalho é preciso treinar. Local tem banheiro pra tomar banho o que possibilita treinar e ir direto pro trabalho. Recomendo.
TOP place !!! Qualified and attentive teachers. Before or after work you need to train. Place has bathroom to take a shower which allows to train and go straight to work. I recommend.

Ambiente familiar e Coachs maravilhosos pois são preocupados com postura do aluno, justamente para não haver lesões na prática do Crossfit.
