★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei hoje sábado para conhecer os planos.. Os portões já estávam sendo fechados. Mesmo sem a recepcionista para especificar, o Coach pediu para eu entrar e me explicou os planos, mesmo não sabendo os detalhes.. Achei bem bacana a atenção recebida, pois mesmo não tendo o conhecimento a fundo e,le fez questão de me atender e me dar a devida atenção.. Estarei voltando na próxima segunda-feira para concretizar o plano. Parabéns

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o local para saber como funcionava em questão de valores e ver o espaço do que só a secretaria poderia informar absurdo pois só 1 pessoas pode atender o cliente deixei meu contato para retorno não ligaram e não atendem o telefone já liguei 2 dias seguidos

Recomendo a todos viver esta experiência, onde lá encontramos excelentes alunos com espírito de família, ajudando você no desenvolvimento do treino, com muito acolhimento. Se voce seguir as orientações do Coach, o seu desenvolvimento será constante. Tenho 60 anos e assumo com muita responsabilidade tudo que escrevo, o Crossfit é um esporte completo. O desenvolvimento nele depende exclusivamente do seu desenvolvimento muscular, ou seja é gradual e crescente. Viva esta experiência.
