Dia 22/10, meu motorista deixou a carga na Qualy Trans em Osasco, me passaram a previsão de entrega de até 5 dias úteis (RS), no dia 04/11 tivemos que ir buscar na filial deles e levar até o destino, pois ainda não havia sido entregue.
Por fim, com uma semana de atraso, e sem entregar no endereço combinado, eles ainda cobraram o valor TOTAL do frete, questionamos, mas disseram "que não se negaram a fazer a entrega".
Além do atraso, tivemos que nos locomover para concluir a entrega, a empresa não prestou nenhum suporte.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!
On 10/22, my driver left the cargo at Qualy Trans in Osasco, they gave me a delivery forecast of up to 5 working days (RS). it had not yet been delivered.
Finally, a week late, and without delivering to the agreed address, they still charged the TOTAL shipping cost, we questioned, but said "they didn't refuse to deliver".
In addition to the delay, we had to move around to complete the delivery, the company did not provide any support.
