Excellent structure and courteous and knowledgeable staff. Diverse hours (from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, including 12:30 pm). Experienced and qualified coaches, and very attentive. It has in its structure healthy food services (Natural Lagoa), Physiotherapy and Recovery (Espaço Fisio) and supplement store.
