★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Grupo Dimensão nas suas participações de Aço Maranhão e DI-PVC enfrenta um problema grande da própria logística ao seus clientes. Da própria experiencia de duas compras os prazos concordados foram excedido por quatro dias causando paralização nas obras e prejuízo real na execução do projeto. Ninguém se responsabiliza para evitar ou comunicar claramente esses atrasos, nem falar de cumprir.
The Dimensão Group in its interests in Maranhão Steel and DI-PVC faces a major problem with its logistics to its customers. From the experience of two purchases, the agreed deadlines were exceeded by four days causing paralysis in the works and real loss in the execution of the project. No one is responsible for avoiding or clearly communicating these delays, nor talking about complying.

Comprei no 3D no ano de 2018 e até agora 2020 estão ainda em obra, antes de comprar muitas maravilhas e vantagens porém não tem respeito pelo clientes e nem por datas. Segundo eles (gerente) estaria prontos em JUNHO/2019 e até hoje não está pronto, imaginem quase 02 anos com o dinheiro parado porque comprei para investimento. E clientes que compraram para sair do aluguel estão iguais todos estamos PREJUDICADOS com essa construtora. No início desse ano eles lançaram um decorado e fui visitar a obra e pedir para visitar o decorado, foi negado porque ainda não tinha acabado a decoração sendo que não vivo em São Luís e não permitiram a visita! Assim que eles como construtora e trato humano estão fatais !!!
Dimension never !!! I bought it in 3D in the year 2018 and so far 2020 are still under construction, before buying many wonders and advantages, but it has no respect for customers or dates. According to them (managers) would be ready in June / 2019 and to this day is not ready, imagine almost 02 years with the money stopped because bought for investment. And customers who bought out the rent are equal we are all harmed by this construction. Earlier this year they released a decorated and I went to see the work and ask to visit the decorated was denied because they still had not finished the decoration of which do not live in St. Louis and did not allow the visit! As soon as they as contractor and humane treatment are fatal !!!
