★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja tem 3 semanas que começe a treinar no box e gostei muito. Os treinos sao completos e dinamicos. Tudo dia treinamos core e durante a semana vai variando entre tecnica, cardio e peso. Eu acho que de aqui a poquinho vou estar aumentando meus PR's com a ajuda do coach Felipe que sabe muito e e bem cordial e atencioso.
It's been 3 weeks since I started training in the box and I really liked it. Workouts are complete and dynamic. Every day we train core and during the week it varies between technique, cardio and weight. I think that from here on, I will be increasing my PR's with the help of coach Felipe, who knows a lot and is very friendly and attentive.
