Cheguei achando que seria algo difícil e que talvez não me adaptaria pois fiz muito mais aulas de dança na vida do que qualquer outra coisa e já estava parada a quase 3 anos porque tive uma filha. Mas ao sentir o carinho de todos no Box, a amizade que existe entre todos no treino e o respeito do coaching Inae com os limites que demosntrei, me fizeram sentir a vontade e bem vinda, agora quero superar muitas metas. Isso de *wod é muito legal(*treino com sequência de exercícios com peso ou não, mas que tem tempo exato para terminar). #crossfitatuape #crossfit #super recomendo #box Tatuapé. Quem tem dúvida se o esporte é bom. Te digo como ex atleta que o negócio é bom.
I've been training in the Box for 4 months. It's amazing the difference from the first day to today. I came to the conclusion that it would be difficult and that I might not adapt because I did a lot more dance classes in my life than anything else and I was standing still for almost 3 years because I had a daughter. But to feel the affection of everyone in the Box, the friendship that exists between everyone in the training and the respect of coaching Inae with the limits that I showed, made me feel comfortable and welcome, now I want to overcome many goals. This * wod is very cool (* workout with sequence of exercises with weight or not, but that has exact time to finish). #crossfitatuape #crossfit #super recommend #box Tatuapé. Who has doubt if the sport is good. I tell you as a former athlete that business is good.
