★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia! Gostaria de sinalizar o desrespeito quanto aos passageiros, que aguardam o serviço da linha BTU, que passam no ponto do Hospital Sarah (Av. Tancredo Neves), principalmente os intermunicipais, seguindo para Lauro de Freitas.
Portão, Vida Nova, Vida Nova (via Terraplac), nenhum desses param para os passageiros, que na sua maioria são trabalhadores do Shop. Salvador e estudantes da Estácio FIB , que além de descer aquela ladeira correndo perigo, (pois não temos outra opção, ficando obrigatório pegar no Sarah) ainda tem que "MOFAR" altas horas da noite, aguardando a boa vontade de um motorista prestar seu serviço corretamente. Mostro a total insatisfação, mas não posso generalizar. Existe a faixa exclusiva do ônibus, e os motoristas a quem me refiro preferem transitar pela 3ª faixa. Damos sinal de parada e eles ainda passam olhando pra nossa cara. Estamos pagando por um serviço mal feito, muitas vezes estão de mal humor, estressados, correndo feito loucos, colocando a vida deles e a nossa em risco. Estou há um ano pegando esses ônibus e só tenho apenas um elogio a fazer. Vou a partir de hoje, mandar diariamente e-mails sinalizando, e aguardando uma solução. Não sei a quem mais recorrer. MAS SE ELES NÃO QUEREM TRABALHAR DE FORMA CORRETA, EXISTE MUITA GENTE COM CADASTRO EM SITES DE EMPREGOS ESPERANDO APENAS UMA OPORTUNIDADE. ELES NÃO TEM QUE ESCOLHER EM QUE PONTO PARAR, ELES TEM POR OBRIGAÇÃO, PARAR NO PONTO EM QUE O PASSAGEIRO LHE SOLICITA.
Good Morning! I would like to point out the disrespect for the passengers, who are waiting for the service of the BTU line, passing at the point of the Sarah Hospital (Av. Tancredo Neves), mainly the intermunicipal ones, going to Lauro de Freitas.
Gate, New Life, New Life (via Terraplac), none of these stop for the passengers, who are mostly shop workers. Salvador and students of the Estácio FIB, that besides going down that slope in danger, (because we do not have another option, being obligatory to take in the Sarah) still has to "MOFAR" late at night, waiting for the good will of a driver to provide his service correctly. I show total dissatisfaction, but I can not generalize. There is the exclusive track of the bus, and the drivers I refer to prefer to take the 3rd track. We give a stop sign and they're still looking at us. We are paying for a poorly done service, they are often in a bad mood, stressed out, running like crazy, putting their lives and ours at risk. I've been taking these buses for a year now and I have only one compliment to make. I'm going to start sending out daily emails signaling, and waiting for a solution. I do not know who else to turn to. BUT IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK CORRECTLY, THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE REGISTERED IN EMPLOYMENT SITES WAITING ONLY FOR AN OPPORTUNITY. THEY DO NOT HAVE TO CHOOSE WHERE TO STOP, THEY HAVE TO OBLIGATE, TO STOP AT THE POINT THAT THE PASSENGER REQUESTS.

Cheguei no ponto em frente ao Gbarbosa da San Mantins as 06:20h da manhã de hj Sábado dia 29/06/2019...o ônibus da linha 1055 (Estação munssurunga x Ribeira) PREFIXO "10081" passou direto com umas 10 pessoas inclusive eu, com a mão levantada...Perdi o horário no trabalho no qual teria que chegar às 7h...Deixo aqui minha insatisfação e indignação contra esse condutor que não tem a mínima capacidade de transportar vidas...
