★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que conhecer o inferno e se acabar com Drogas vá conhecer o CTA BUTANTAN. Lá voce encontra de tudo. Menos profissionais capaz de acolher e ajudar pessoas em vunerabilidade social. No tempo que passei lá, pensei até que estava morando no antigo Presídio do Carandiru. Simplesmente horrível. Insalubre. Desorganizado. E todos abandonados a propria sorte.
That knowing hell and getting rid of drugs will get to know CTA BUTANTAN. There you can find everything. Less professionals capable of welcoming and helping people in social vulnerability. In the time I spent there, I even thought I was living in the old Carandiru prison. Just awful. Unhealthy. Unorganized. And all left to their own devices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom lugar para acolhimento de pessoas desabrigadas,mas como tem muito usuário de drogas acabam roubando os pertences dos próprios colegas de abrigo...mas é um lugar que oferece refeição, banho, até pra lavar roupas dá...sei porque uma pessoa querida ficou abrigada lá por uns dias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa Tarde, venho atravéz desse e-mail fazer uma reclamação referente aos tipos de comportamentos que está visível inclusive a qqualquer cordenador desse centro de acolhimento , Vários usuários do local , estão utilizando MACONHA E COCAÍNA , sendo bem explícito e os responsáveis em cuidar dessas pesosas estão fazendo vistas grossas e muitos outros usuários do local estão tendo que partilhar dessa situação sem sequer poder dizer algo diretamente aos responsáveis com medo de Represálias ... no entanto estou aqui pra pedir que tomem uma providência , pois não há sequer nehum respeito pelas pessoas que não usuários de entorpecentes que estão ali apenas pra dormir e descansar , no entanto estão tendo que suportar esse tipo de situação para não ter que ficar naz ruas, peço por gentileza que reparem esse tipo de comportamento e também de orientá-los a usar longe do devido local, inclusive não há regra nenhuma refeente a SILÊNCIO : Não se consegue dormir em meio a usuários ouvindo Sons em volume altos e conversas em tom super alto também , enfim não esdtá havendo regras de comportamento nehum nessa local . se não for tomado as devidas providênicas outros meios de comunicação serão ACIONADOS !!
Good afternoon, I come through this e-mail to make a complaint regarding the types of behavior that is visible, including any coordinator of this reception center. they are turning a blind eye and many other users of the site are having to share this situation without even being able to say something directly to those responsible for fear of reprisals ... however I am here to ask you to take action, as there is not even any respect for people that do not use narcotics users who are just there to sleep and rest, however they are having to endure this type of situation to not have to stay on the streets, I kindly ask you to repair this type of behavior and also to guide them to use away of due place, there is no rule about SILENCE: You can't sleep amidst users listening to loud sounds and conversations in a super loud tone as well, there are finally no rules of behavior in this place. if the necessary measures are not taken, other means of communication will be ACTIVATED !!
