Entrei em contato por volta das 18:30hs do dia 11/02, eles estavam num atendimento, porém, simultaneamente, me deram uma atenção e tentaram me ajudar via whatsapp, tentei resolver de todas as formas que eles me orientaram, mas não tive sucesso e naquele momento eles estavam ocupados. Trinta minutos depois me ligaram, perguntando se havia conseguido resolver o meu problema, ainda tentei fazer os testes que fui orientado e nada aconteceu. Vieram na minha casa e com o maior profissionalismo e atenção, me ajudaram, me explicaram e resolveram meu problema. Fiquei muito feliz por ter tido a sorte de encontrar profissionais tão dedicados, educados, zelosos e atenciosos. Preço justo! Obrigado pela ajuda, obrigado pelo excelente serviço e com certeza os indicarei. Parabéns!
I would like to thank and congratulate the professionals, Tiago and Igor. I got in touch around 6:30 pm on 11/02, they were in attendance, but at the same time, they gave me attention and tried to help me via whatsapp, I tried to resolve in all the ways that they guided me, but I was unsuccessful and at that moment they were busy. Thirty minutes later they called me, asking if I had managed to solve my problem, I still tried to take the tests that I was instructed on and nothing happened. They came to my house and with the greatest professionalism and attention, they helped me, explained and solved my problem. I was very happy to have been lucky enough to find such dedicated, polite, zealous and attentive professionals. Fair price!
