★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo,o certo era n dar uma estrela, me deram um produto que descobrimos que é de vitrine, e que só durou 15 dias, queriam que a gente deixasse o celular lá sem nos dar um comprovante! Mas já está na justiça ??
It was rubbish, the right thing was not to give a star, they gave me a product that we discovered is a showcase, and that only lasted 15 days, they wanted us to leave our cell phone there without giving us a receipt! But it's already in justice ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de não dar estrela nenhuma, meu tablet está a quase 1 ano para reparo, não conseguem resolver e nem me devolvem o dinheiro pago. Atendimento e serviço péssimos. Inclusive descobri que não se trata de uma loja autorizada da Apple coisa nenhuma. Não percam seu tempo nem seu dinheiro nessa loja
I would like not to give any stars, my tablet is almost 1 year to repair, they can't solve it and they don't even give me the money back. Bad service and service. I even found out that this is not an authorized Apple store at all. Don't waste your time or money in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como uma loja autorizada pela Apple, achei que seus produtos fossem originais. Troquei a bateria do meu iPhone 7 , quando eu perguntei o atendente ele falou que era paralelo. Me arrependi de ter ido lá.
As an Apple authorized store, I found their products to be genuine. I changed the battery in my iPhone 7, when I asked the attendant he said it was parallel. I regret going there.

Levei um iphone 6 para reparo e "foi" trocado a bateria e me foi entregue um telefone totalmente descarregado, onde não consegui verificar o reparo, quando cheguei em casa o telefone não quis carregar, com muito custo consegui carrega-lo apenas 1 vez e com 50% a bateria desligou. Levei de volta lá e depois de muita enrolação e resetarem o meu celular disseram que a placa estava queimada, disse então que não queria trocar a placa e que queria ver se retiravam a bateria e faziam devolução do dinheiro, foi negado. Agora não emitiram a NOTA FISCAL que solicitei até hoje, o que é contra a lei. Se eu tivesse visto essas avaliações aqui, nunca teria levado meu telefone nessa loja, foi lá, que uma moça insatisfeita também que me falou para olhar as avaliações. NÃO CAIAM NESSA, NÃO CONCERTEM NENHUM APARELHO DE VOCÊS NESSA LOJA.
If I could give no stars, I definitely would.
I took an iphone 6 for repair and the battery "was" changed and I was given a fully discharged phone, where I couldn't check the repair, when I got home the phone didn't want to charge, with a lot of cost I managed to charge it only 1 time and at 50% the battery turned off. I took it back there and after a lot of fussing and resetting my cell phone they said the board was burnt, I said then that I didn't want to change the board and that I wanted to see if they removed the battery and refunded the money, it was denied. Now they did not issue the INVOICE that I requested until today, which is against the law. If I had seen these reviews here, I would never have taken my phone to this store, it was there, that a dissatisfied girl also told me to look at the reviews. DON'T FALL INTO THIS, DON'T FIX ANY DEVICE OF YOURS IN THIS STORE.

Quando fui os atendentes mal olharam na minha cara, ams isso não é o pior, dizem que são autorizada apple e que vendem produtos originais, mas troquei minha tela por 700 REAIS e veio da qualidade de uma sucata, a ponto do celular cair e a película não quebrar mas a tela sim. O pior de tudo foi que agora o touch ficou ruim uma semana depois da validade acabar. Não façam nada nesse lugar, existem outros muito mais baratos com qualidade terrível ou até melhor que essa, maior desperdício de dinheiro da minha vida!
Terrible store in every aspect! When I went, the attendants barely looked me in the face, ams this is not the worst, they say they are authorized by apple and that they sell original products, but I changed my screen for 700 reais and it came from the quality of scrap, to the point that the cell phone fell and the film doesn't break but the screen does. Worst of all was that now the touch went bad a week after the expiration date. Don't do anything in this place, there are much cheaper ones with terrible quality or even better than this, biggest waste of money of my life!
