Muito atenciosa retorna todas as ligações e procurar ser bastante objetiva no diagnóstico e pronta a responder a qqer dúvida. Muuito preocupada com o bem estar dos animais que cuida. I highly recommend. I went through 3 very complicated situations and I can count on the professionalism, dedication, empathy of Dr Sylvia. Very attentive, returns all calls and tries to be very objective in the diagnosis and ready to answer any questions. Very concerned about the welfare of the animals she takes care of. I highly recommend. The service from the reception staff Erica is also great. The support provided by the other professionals who work there is fantastic. I highly recommend!!!

He is patient, and attends with so much affection that he makes clear the love he has for what he does. Highly Capable!!!
