I called and talked to an attendant about a travel budget. She was even attentive and kept returning to me for the value of the trip. To this day she has not returned to me.

The employees are friendly, but some are primary in the information. They don't know if the hotel accepts dogs, so I had to look through the booking and see if I had the options at CVC
