Estou há 1 ano e 4 meses esperando o reembolso da minha viagem (que tinha prazo estipulado e não cumpriram) e após cobrar o reembolso me deram um novo prazo de mais 1 ano.
Esperar 2 anos e 4 meses para receber é absurdo.
É um passa e repassa que só por Deus é ainda assim ninguém sabe informar nada.
Se eu atrasar o pagamento em 1 dia, pago multa.
Se eu espero mais de 2 anos, não tem ajuste no valor?

They are great for selling, but if I call the after-sales terrible, I'll be praising them.
I've been waiting for 1 year and 4 months for my trip to be refunded (which had a stipulated deadline and they didn't meet it) and after charging the refund I was given a new deadline of 1 year.
Waiting 2 years and 4 months to receive is absurd.
It's a pass and a pass that only by God is still no one knows how to report anything.
If I delay payment by 1 day, I pay a fine.
If I wait more than 2 years, is there no adjustment in the value?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em todas as minhas viagens que fiz de avião sempre foi pela CVC, antes Walmart, Big e talvez Carrefour agora... Amo o atendimento, parcelamento de passagens em até 10 vezes.. eu super recomendo..
In all my plane trips I have always been with CVC, before Walmart, Big and maybe Carrefour now... I love the service, paying in installments up to 10 times.. I highly recommend it..
