â â â â â Vendedor sem atenção! Me respondeu depois de dias! Creio que quando estiverem ocupados deveriam demonstrar um minimo de atenção e explicar a situação! Enfim fechei em outro local, no qual foram prontos e super atenciosos!
Unattended seller! You answered me after days! I believe that when they are busy they should show a minimum of attention and explain the situation! Anyway I closed in another place, in which they were ready and super attentive!

â â â â â Estive na loja para opçÔes de passagem para Praga. A funcionĂĄria Aline nĂŁo teve interesse em vender ou achou q eu nĂŁo fosse fechar negĂłcio. Eu precisei mandar e mail sugerindo horĂĄrios e depois disso nĂŁo tive mais resposta. Resumindo, fechei em outra loja cvc! Que pena... deixou de fazer uma otima venda.
I've been to the shop for ticket options to Prague. Employee Aline had no interest in selling or thought I wasn't going to close a deal. I needed to send e-mail suggesting times and after that I had no answer. In short, I closed in another cvc store! Too bad ... failed to make a great sale.

â â â â â Eu e minha mulher compramos um pacote de viagem com a CVC em 2020 porĂ©m devido Ă pandemia, tivemos nossa viagem adiada.
Recentemente a CVC nos informou que abriu dois chamados para a Gol solicitando uma posição a respeito porém não obtiveram retorno da Gol até o momento e só estão enrolando!
Jå terminamos de pagar nossa viagem e até agora nada de nos informarem se poderemos prorrogar a viagem para 2022.
Infelizmente tanto a Gol como a CVC perdem a credibilidade nisso! iremos atras de nossos direitos!
Não indico para ninguém!
My wife and I bought a travel package with CVC in 2020 but due to the pandemic we had our trip postponed.
Recently, CVC informed us that they opened two calls to Gol requesting a position about this, but they have not received any feedback from Gol so far and they are just rolling!
We have already finished paying for our trip and so far nothing has been said about whether we will be able to extend the trip to 2022.
Unfortunately both Gol and CVC lose credibility in this! We will go after our rights!
I don't recommend it to anyone!
