★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOU RECÉM chegado em campinas e meu laptop deu zebra e não queria mais ligar de jeito nenhum segui alguns passos no famoso YouTube rsrs mais sem sucesso já sabia. Pois bem eu liguei pra alguns conhecidos e fiquei pedindo alguma assistência que de confiança pra salvar meu lap e meu primo lá de São Paulo me passaram essa loja disse que os meninos era muito bom. Claro antes de mais nada eu vim ver os comentários aqui e pra ser sinceros com vcs eu achei que era um loja fake que nem existisse pois tinha uma reputação assustadora, mais vamos pro resumo né .
Um rapaz muito esqueci o nome dele agora mais ele era gente boa demais e as meninas também. Relatei oque tinha acontecido com meu laptop então deixei pra avaliar e me passaram a avaliação no mesmo dia umas 16:20h via zap abri o link e tava lá tudo explicado e detalhado o serviço. Eu falei pra moço no zap realizar o trampo e no dia seguinte recebi a mensagem que já estava pronto.
Resumo rapidão… fizeram jus a tudo que tem aqui no google e no face eles são 5 em tudo mais eu já intendi pq.
Não quero voltar tão cedo aí, eu não quero ficar gastando grana com meu laptop rrstsrsrstsrst brincadeira

 I AM RECENTLY arrived in campinas and my laptop gave a zebra and I didn't want to connect anymore at all I followed some steps on the famous YouTube lol but without success I already knew. Well, I called some acquaintances and asked for some assistance that I could trust to save my lap and my cousin from São Paulo gave me this store, he said the boys were very good. Of course, first of all I came to see the comments here and to be honest with you I thought it was a fake store that didn't even exist because it had a scary reputation, but let's get to the summary right .
A guy I forgot his name a lot now but he was too good people and the girls too. I reported what had happened with my laptop so I left it to be evaluated and they gave me the evaluation on the same day at 4:20 pm via zap I opened the link and everything was explained and detailed about the service. I told the guy on zap to do the job and the next day I got the message that it was ready.
Quick summary… they did justice to everything you have here on google and on facebook they are 5 in everything else I already intended pq.
I don't want to go back so soon there, I don't want to spend money on my laptop rrstsrsrstsrst kidding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lugar elegante . Eu entrei na loja achei que estava em uma clínica de tão limpa e organizada. Eu sei que isso não conta muito, mais achei totalmente diferente como essa loja pensa nos clientes.
Meu Notebook Dell estava com defeito de tela trocaram em 2 horas eu perdi as conta de quantas lojas eu liguei e todas me pediram 5 até 10 dias pra trocar.
Nada a reclamar só a elogiar mesmo.. tem até cerveja no frigobar .

What an elegant place. I entered the store I thought I was in a clinic so clean and organized. I know that doesn't count for much, but I thought it was totally different how this store thinks about customers.
My Dell Notebook had a screen defect they changed it in 2 hours I lost count of how many stores I called and they all asked me 5 to 10 days to exchange it.
Nothing to complain just to praise.. there's even beer in the fridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei até aqui por recomendações dos meus amigos que já arrumaram notebook com essa assistência técnica. Irei explicar meu caso detalhadamente onde tive um pouco de dor de cabeça na verdade tive muita dor de cabeça com meu 1 notebook praticamente novo 2 anos de uso CONVENCIONAR.
Mês passado em fevereiro o notebookcomeçou a travar reiniciar então levei em um assistência por conta própria perto de casa aqui em barão Geraldo deixei o note e falaram que em 4 a 6 dias iriam passar um orçamento, pois bem depois de 10 dias depois de muita insistência MESMOOO me passaram uma email falando que a máquina NÃO TINHA NENHUM PROBLEMA eu questionei expliquei e tudo então o técnico não sei se é técnico me disse que não tinha mais oque fazer ele fez todos os testes na máquina, retirei a máquina e no mesmo dia a máquina deu problema novamente então pedi umas recomendações de assistência pra meus amigos e eles me indicaram a xpro essa LOJA.
Olha, logo que eu cheguei nessa loja a atendente Bruna foi mega objetiva e muito educado, então expliquei toda ocorrido do notebook onde eu estou fazendo/fazia já acabei o tcc e era de extrema necessidade que que eu precisava para termina. de imediato ela chamou um técnico que rapidamente olhou e falou que poderia ser um defeito de placa de vídeo acho que é assim que fala.
Deixei o note e depois de umas 5 horas eu recebi no email e whatsapp o orçamento do defeito da máquina, eu olhei e de logo eu aprovei o orçamento e no orçamento estava prazo de 1 a 2 dias para o conserto do meu notebook. Gente NO DIA SEGUINTE RECEBI O WHATSAPP AVISANDO QUE O NOTEBOOK ESTAVA PRONTO.
Em 2 dias arrumaram o meu note e hoje depois de 2 semanas a máquina estava perfeita e tudo funcionando.
