Não tive retorno, nem satisfação mesmo dias após a mensagem. Não deveriam oferecer o serviço de atendimento por WhatsApp se não conseguem suprir a demanda! Lack of attention in service via WhatsApp. I explained in advance that I would not be in town to go to the agency. I didn't get any feedback, no satisfaction even days after the message. They shouldn't offer the WhatsApp service if they can't meet the demand!
