Fechamos um pacote para Salvador 4 dias.
Para chegar de manhã na sexta e voltar a noite na segunda.
O vôo de ida para as 6:00.
O checkin do Hotel era as 14:00hrs
O checkout as 12:00 na segunda.
Com o vôo as 20:00
Para não ficarmos na rua com malas até a entrada no hotel ou o vôo de volta pagamos uma diária a mais.
( um dia tem 24H, mas para a CVC e Hotel não)
Na segunda fomos informados que deveríamos deixar o hotel ao meio dia.
E aí bate o desespero.
Sendo que foi tudo planejado e acordado em contrato 4 diárias .
Entretanto a CVC e Hotéis consideram diárias o horário de checkin ou checkout
MUITO CUIDADO ! Isso acontece no Brasil inteiro.
As pessoas marcam voos as 5 da manhã mas podem entrar só 12:00/14:00 nos hotéis.
O mesmo vale para o checkout.
Isso não fica claro na compra de pacotes e não é responsabilidade do hotel.
Infelizmente cancelamos todos os passeios de segunda e através da CVC conseguimos uma “meia diária” por um outro valor a mais.
The service is really good.
We closed a package for Salvador 4 days.
To arrive in the morning on Friday and return at night on Monday.
The departure flight at 6:00.
Hotel check-in was at 14:00hrs
Checkout is 12:00 on Monday.
With the flight at 20:00
In order not to stay in the street with suitcases until the entrance to the hotel or the flight back, we pay an extra night.
(one day has 24H, but not for CVC and Hotel)
On Monday we were told that we should leave the hotel at midday.
And then despair hits.
Everything was planned and agreed in a contract for 4 days.
However, CVC and Hotels consider the checkin or checkout time daily
VERY CAREFUL ! This happens all over Brazil.
People book flights at 5 am but can only enter hotels at 12:00/14:00.
The same goes for checkout.
This is not clear when purchasing packages and is not the hotel's responsibility.
Unfortunately, we canceled all tours on Mondays and through CVC we got a “half a day” for another amount.
