★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pacote de viagem para Porto de Galinhas PE, e quanto a viagem aérea um decepção, a CVC não tendo vôo direto pra Recife, 01:20 de viagem, me mandou numa viagem de conexão Fortaleza/ Guarulhos, 03:20, Guarulhos/ Recife, 03:10, cheguei em Porto de Galinhas meia noite já do outro dia, ida e volta foram doze horas dentro de aeronaves.
CVC deve aliar-se a outras empresas com vôo direto.
O que seria o pacote com quatro dormidas e três dias de passeios, foram só dois de passeio, então a CVC me deve uma diária.
Acreditem, nem conheci a Praia de Porto de Galinhas, não me deram escolhas, faltou tato do agenciador CVC oferecer mais um dia pra ter conhecido Recife/Olinda.
Na conversação com o agenciador, ele me disse tem vôo direto, ok estava bem satisfeito um vôo de 01:20 min, faltando 10 dias fui na Agência ele me informou que não dava pra confirmar pq o sistema estava fora do ar, ok. faltando menos de três dias voltei a agência e me deu a opção de vôo com conexão, pra mim que sempre tive bom conceito da CVC, tive uma decepção, pior, houve uma falácia, lá no guichê da Latam me Informaram que há muito tempo não tem mais esse vôo direto para Recife, quer dizer o agenciador mentiu.
Não me mostrou outra opção pousada ou um hotel, aliás a pousada que fiquei merece uma vistoria da defesa civil e bombeiros, vi lá rachaduras.
I bought a travel package to Porto de Galinhas PE, and as far as air travel was a disappointment, CVC did not have a direct flight to Recife, 1:20 am trip, sent me on a connection trip Fortaleza/ Guarulhos, 3:20 am, Guarulhos/ Recife, 03:10, I arrived in Porto de Galinhas at midnight on the other day, there was twelve hours on the plane there and back.
CVC must team up with other companies with direct flights.
What would be the package with four nights and three days of sightseeing, it was only two of excursions, so CVC owes me a night.
Believe me, I didn't even know Porto de Galinhas Beach, they didn't give me choices, the CVC agent lacked tact to offer one more day to get to know Recife/Olinda.
In the conversation with the agent, he told me there is a direct flight, ok, a flight of 01:20 min, after 10 days, I went to the Agency and he informed me that it was not possible to confirm because the system was down, ok. with less than three days left, I went back to the agency and gave me the option of connecting flight, for me, who always had a good opinion of CVC, I had a disappointment, worse, there was a fallacy, there at the Latam booth I was informed that it hasn't been a long time there is another direct flight to Recife, I mean the agent lied.
He didn't show me another option in an inn or a hotel, in fact the inn I stayed at deserves an inspection by the civil defense and fire department, I saw cracks there.
