Gostei muito da guia da oxente Ana. Por favor, nao mudem o guia jorge. Uma pessoa encantadora, humilde e muito profissional.
Pretendo voltar.
Contras: 1) a cidade é encantadora, deveriam rever o roteiro para ter espaço para outros pontos turísticos que nao seja somente "prédios", como por exemplo as piscinas naturais do seixas (tive que ir por conta própria).
2) rever os ônibus para viagem longa como essa. Nosso ônibus era o mais simples que se encontra no mercado. Nao tinha sequer carregador para Celular e nem apoio para as pernas.
No mais, a empresa está de parabéns. Os motoristas super educados e profissionais.

Cons: 1) the city is charming, you should review the route to have space for other tourist attractions that are not just "buildings", such as the natural pools of seixas (I had to go on my own).
2) review buses for long journeys like this. Our bus was the simplest on the market. It didn't even have a cell phone charger or leg support.
Furthermore, the company is to be congratulated. Super polite and professional drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje vou relatar minha experiência com a agência. Eu já havia feito 1 viagem de bate e volta com outra empresa de turismo, experiência muito positiva mesmo q tenha me decepcionado com o destino. Já com a oxente essa foi minha 1a viagem com a empresa e de grande distância, começo relatando q o 1o email veio com o destino errado e quando eu liguei pra questionar a atendente foi super grossa, fiquei até com vergonha de tirar mais dúvidas sobre a viagem. O ônibus por mais confortável q fosse, estava com o ar com problemas na parte de trás q era onde eu estava sentada, não funcionava, passei calor a viagem toda de 18 horas ida e volta. O USB não funcionava, então não podia carregar celular, numa viagem dessas de distância elevada. Na ida, paramos bastante, vi q eles estavam bem tranquilos pra chegar na hra precisa pra ir direto ao destino. Já a volta, vinham voados, com 3 paradas no máximo e rápidas, cheguei com os pés inchados devido a falta de movimentos. Agora vamos falar do guia, um rapaz ótimo, atencioso, prestativo, porém não considero guia, não obtive informações locais alguma dele, não tive interação dentro e fora do ônibus, sem entusiasmo, brindes, brincadeiras, nada e pra levar aos passeios levava num medo da concorrência q era nítido de ver. Em maragogi ainda tivemos 1 indicação de restaurante pra comer, em Porto não tivemos indicação de nada, apenas do passeio q lógico foi cobrado mais caro q os locais, e fomos simplesmente largados na frente da empresa de passeios sem mais direção, apenas a hora de entrega da chave do quarto do hotel, q mta gente nem sabia direito, além da falta de tempo pra almoço. O q eu achei mais chato de tudo, mesmo sabendo q está não é a única empresa q faz isso, mas acho q deveria ser repensado, é a questão do horário de chegada de volta pra casa, veja bem, eu fui de metrô pra viagem. Pra não deixar meu carro em estacionamentos externos e moro proximo a estação, qnd voltamos, chegamos aqui de madrugada horário q metros e ônibus em geral não funcionam ainda, então fui obrigada a voltar pra casa de uber...coisa q eu não queria fazer, custava eles terem se preparado, ou feito mais paradas como na ida pra chegar aqui no horário do qual o metrô e ônibus já estivessem funcionando?
Enfim, foi minha 1a experiência com a empresa e eu não gostei.
Lados positivos foram o hotel, realmente mto aconchegante, mesmo sendo um pouco longe da orla e centro, mas mto bom atendimento e café. Os destinos, mesmo com alguns defeitos eu amei muito. Não vou dizer q nunca mais viajo com a oxente. Mas digo q vou procurar novas empresas, pra experimentar antes de voltar a viajar com a oxente.
Today I will report my experience with the agency. I had already made 1 day trip with another tour company, a very positive experience even though I was disappointed with the destination. With the oxente this was my 1st trip with the company and a long distance, I start by reporting that the 1st email came to the wrong destination and when I called to question the attendant she was super rude, I was even ashamed to ask more questions about the trip . The bus, as comfortable as it was, had problems with the air in the back, which was where I was sitting, it didn't work, I was hot the entire 18-hour trip there and back. The USB didn't work, so I couldn't charge my cell phone, on such a long distance trip. On the way, we stopped a lot, I saw that they were very calm to arrive at the right time to go straight to the destination. On the way back, they were flying, with a maximum of 3 stops and fast, I arrived with swollen feet due to lack of movement. Now let's talk about the guide, a great guy, attentive, helpful, but I don't consider myself a guide, I didn't get any local information from him, I didn't have any interaction inside and outside the bus, without enthusiasm, gifts, games, nothing and to take the tours I took a fear of competition q was clear to see. In maragogi we still had 1 recommendation of a restaurant to eat, in Porto we had no indication of anything, only the tour that was obviously charged more expensive than the local ones, and we were simply dropped in front of the tour company without further direction, just the time to delivery of the hotel room key, which a lot of people didn't even know about, in addition to the lack of time for lunch. What I found most annoying of all, even knowing that this is not the only company that does this, but I think it should be rethought, is the matter of arrival time back home, you see, I took the subway for the trip . So as not to leave my car in external parking lots and I live close to the station, when we got back, we arrived here at dawn when the meters and buses in general don't work yet, so I had to go back to the uber house... which I didn't want to do. , was it difficult for them to prepare themselves, or to make more stops like on the way to get here at a time when the subway and buses were already working?
Anyway, it was my 1st experience with the company and I didn't like it.
Positive sides were the hotel, really very cozy, even though it is a little far from the waterfront and center, but very good service and coffee. The destinations, even with some flaws I loved very much. I won't say that I never travel with the oxente again. But I say that I will look for new companies, to try before returning to travel with the oxente.

Eu e meu marido amamos o passeios para as piscinas naturais foi ótimo, O bolero de Ravel foi maravilhoso. Os guias Ana e Jorge foram muito prestativos e atenciosos.
A chuva atrapalhou um pouco mais nada que não desse para aproveitar, o ônibus era confortável mais não tinha lugar para carregar o celular de todo mundo. No geral a viajem teve mais momentos bons que ruim, gostei tanto que marquei mais duas.????☺️

My husband and I love the tours for the natural pools was great, the bolero de ravel was wonderful. Guides Ana and Jorge were very helpful and attentive.
The rain messed up a little more than nothing to enjoy, the bus was comfortable but had no place to carry the cell phone from everyone. Overall the trip had more good moments that bad, I liked it so much that I marked two more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 6 passeios pela empresa, acho muito desorganizado, primeiro que pra resolver qualquer coisa é só através do email, porque vocês não usam telefone ou WhatsApp, pq no WhatsApp é só para dúvidas bestas. Dos 6 passeios realizei 3, e nos 3 passeios houve perrengue, em 1 o ônibus atrasou, se fosse eu atrasando tinha ficado sem passear pq a tolerância é de 5 minutos, no 2 passeio o ônibus deu prego, no terceiro passeio o ônibus deu prego de novo indo buscar a gente e foi 1 hora de atraso. Se a gente vai reclamar por email onde é o único jeito pq por WhatsApp nem adianta, ficamos sem retorno q eu acho um grande desrespeito com o consumidor. Aproveitem o feedback pra melhorarem.

Tivemos uma turma sensacional no passeio Maragogi/Carneiros/Recife esse final de semana.
Pontos de melhoria: Acho que a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o conforto do Ônibus, por ser uma viagem bem grande e desgastante, deveria se ter um ônibus com uma poltrona um pouco mais confortável, inclinável e de preferência com o apoio de pés.
