Poor attendance by employee departure SALETE. I canceled an air ticket in March / 2019 and to this day (07/29/2019) I was not reimbursed. Terrible! Never!

Quanto a pesquisas de valores, uma má vontade enorme.
Não pesquisam nada. Enfiam a primeira coisa que veem na tela.
Acho que agente de viagem deve pesquisar o melhor custo benefício para o cliente.
Diferença absurda de valores em relação a outras agências da própria cvc.
Não recomendo.

They don't research anything. They stick the first thing they see on the screen.
I think travel agent should research the best cost benefit for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom vamos lá no dia 25/05/2019 fiz o cancelamento do meu contrato pelo fato da avianca ter cancelado os vôos até o dia da minha viagem que seria agora em 04/10/2019, fui até a cvc do shopping são caetano com atendente TIAGO que fez minha solicitação de reembolo, porèm liguei ontem lá na cvc a gerente Daniella me informo que não tinha reembolso solicitado "FUNCIONARIO INCOPETENTE NÃO REALIZO" no meu nome que meu contrato continuaria ativo, Fui até a unidade pedir uma posição deles porém ninguem consegue me passar nada e já esta se aproximando da minha viagem. Pessima agência.
Well let's go on 25/05/2019 I canceled my contract because avianca canceled flights until the day of my trip that would be now on 04/10/2019, I went to the mall cvc são caetano with attendant TIAGO who made my request for reimbursement, but yesterday I called cvc manager Daniella inform me that I had no refund requested "INCOPETENT OFFICIAL I do not perform" in my name that my contract would continue active, I was until the unit request a position from them but no one can give me nothing and is already approaching my trip. Bad agency.
