★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E uma péssima agência. Quando é para vc comprar o pacote eles atendem e enviam os boletos dias antes mais quando vc precisa eles não atendem, não respondem.
And a bad agency. When it is for you to buy the package they answer and send the invoices days before but when you need them they do not answer, they do not answer.

São super organizados, atenciosos, todo o roteiro comprido, hotéis e ônibus muito 10! Guia em português...sabe muito. Recomendo...nota 1.000!
It was excellent, as I traveled 5 times with Sendtur Turismo to Israel, Egypt, Rome and Spain, with very good service since my purchase and return from Israel. They are super organized, attentive, all the long route, hotels and buses 10! Guide in Portuguese ... knows a lot. I recommend ... note 1,000!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palhaçada essa agência. Oque era pra ser uma viagens dos sonhos para os meus pais se tornou um pesadelo. Receberam todo pagamento e não cumpriram com nada. Agora estamos na justiça buscando ao menos ver se conseguimos algum reembolso. Não caiam nessa.
Clowning this agency. What was supposed to be a dream trip for my parents has become a nightmare. They received every payment and did not comply with anything. Now we are in court trying to at least see if we can get a refund. Don't fall for it.
