★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei cotação com dois atendentes diferentes em dois dias na unidade Santana Parque... não dão retorno. Se não dão atenção para vender imagina depois que já vendeu. Tb tive mesmo problema com a unidade do Center 3. Não indico.
 I tried to quote with two different attendants in two days at the Santana Parque unit ... they do not return. If you don't pay attention to selling, imagine after you've already sold. I also had a problem with the Center 3 unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma hospedagem em Paraty com a cvc no hotel flor Paraty, quando cheguei ao local o gerente da cvc shopping Santana parque, o mesmo não fez a reserva junto a pousada, não estava reservado a pousada também não tinha os dois quartos disponível já que não tínhamos reserva a dona da pousada nos disponibilizou um quarto só temos a agradece a proprietária da pousada Helen, agora aguardo retorno da cvc

Perguntei sobre um destino e ele respondeu sem me pedir para sentar, passou um valor de R$1.100,00 eu disse a ele que havia encontrado por menos no site ele disse então compra lá pois aqui o valor é esse. Sai de lá e comprei por R$702,00.
Total de zero empatia, não procurou dar alternativas. Péssimo atendimento.

Tivemos problemas no embarque tanto em SP quanto em Foz e a nossa sorte foi que ficaram com dó e nos ajudaram.
