★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRÍVEL! Total descaso com o consumidor! Marcaram um horário comigo para vim retirar as alianças (Em tempos de pandemia) Cheguei as 12h horário marcado e estou esperando a mais de 30 minutos e NADA! DESRESPEITO TOTAL! Me atormentaram! Me ligaram me cobrando e agora NADA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, quando chegamos na loja tinha uma outra cliente reclamando do produto, logo reparei que a loja está cheio de problemas administrativos. Meu produto venho com alguns defeitos e além parecia um produto reaproveitado e não novo . O gerente Pedro não conseguiu solucionar meu problema alegando servidor estar fora de funcionamento, ocasionando numa perda de tempo . Indico irem em outra loja.

Estou aqui escrevendo minha indignação com a empresa JK, no dia 13/01 entrei em contato via whatsapp com a vendedora Lilian solicitando orçamento de um anel solitário de OURO a mesma me ignorou, entrei no site da empresa e peguei o whatsapp da central, expliquei minha insatisfação com a vendedora Lilian .. pediram desculpa pelo atendimento que iriam resolver minha situação, pois bem hoje e dia 21 mando mensagem e ninguém me responde, acho que JK tem muito cliente né ! Afinal não estão precisando de clientes novos, pois eu queria comprar um anel de OURO e nem assim me deram atenção! Acho que o dono deve ser notificado, pois com funcionários assim a JK vai afundar. Péssimo atendimento, vocês deveriam zelar pelos clientes
Entraram em contato comigo, e faltaram que o anel ficaria pronto na próxima semana, já se passou 15 dias e nada, além de não dar suporte para os clientes, ainda fazem de idiota !!!!

They got in touch with me, and they lacked that the ring would be ready next week, 15 days have passed and nothing, besides not giving support to the customers, still make an idiot !!!!

É com enorme insatisfação que venho relatar a humilhação que eu e meu noivo passamos na loja JK Alianças do Shopping Santana Parque..
No mês de agosto decidimos que iríamos noivar, já com a data de noivado marcada fomos comprar as alianças.
Desde o primeiro atendimento já foi bem ruim, até então ok, escolhemos a aliança e pagamos, a retirada ficou para a semana seguinte, eles nos deram uma via para retirada, ao chegar em casa eu reparei que o meu nome estava escrito errado, logo pensei eles vão gravar errado na aliança, entrei em contato com a loja, dei o número do pedido e avisei que estava errado o nome. Na semana seguinte quando fomos buscar a aliança adivinhem? O nome estava gravado errado e a minha aliança muito larga, foi aí que começou todo o constrangimento.
Aceitamos aguardar mais uma semana, porque erros podem acontecer né?! Fizeram a medida do meu dedo novamente e disseram que iriam concertar o nome.
Na semana seguinte fomos buscar as alianças e adivinhem?! A gravação eles fizeram por cima, meu nome na aliança do meu noivo todo torto e a minha aliança estava sem a pedra que era pra ter.
Nesse momento começos ficar sem paciência, então eles disseram que iam mandar novamente para a fábrica e a gente podia ir usando as alianças erradas, tudo bem aceitamos... Quando fomos buscar na semana seguinte mais um problema, a atendente colocou minha numeração como 18 e era 11, mais uma vez a aliança ficou enorme no meu dedo, reclamamos porque estamos no nosso direito!!! Porém como a gente precisava das alianças pra noivar por mais que o noivado já estivesse atrasado decidimos aguardar mais uma semana.
No dia 11/10/20 finalmente conseguimos as alianças certas!!!
Só que isso foi um descaso total com o cliente, a aliança foi comprada no dia 29/08/20 e entregue no dia 11/10/20 mais de um mês após a data de compra.
Foi a primeira e a última compra, não volto e nem indico pra ninguém essa loja!!!!!

Since the first service was very bad, so far ok, we chose the ring and paid, the withdrawal was for the next week, they gave us a way to withdraw, when I got home I noticed that my name was misspelled, so I thought they were going to write wrong on the ring, I contacted the store, gave the order number and told them that the name was wrong. The next week when we went to get the ring guess what? The name was engraved wrong and my ring was very wide, that's when all the embarrassment started.
We accept to wait another week, because mistakes can happen right ?! They measured my finger again and said they would fix the name.
The next week we went to get the rings and guess what ?! The recording they made on top, my name on my fiance's ring was all crooked and my ring was missing the stone that was supposed to have.
At that moment, we started running out of patience, so they said they were going to send it back to the factory and we could go using the wrong rings, that's okay. We accepted ... and it was 11, again the ring was huge on my finger, we complained because we are in our right !!! However, as we needed the rings to get engaged even though the engagement was already late, we decided to wait another week.
On 10/11/20 we finally got the right alliances !!!
Except that this was a total neglect with the customer, the wedding ring was purchased on 08/29/20 and delivered on 10/11/20 more than a month after the date of purchase.
It was the first and the last purchase, I will not come back and I will not recommend this store to anyone !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO que comprem nesse local quando eu fui compra minha aliança o modelo veio diferente do escolhido.e a masculina era totalmente diferente da feminina nem parecia ser o par , daí fui em outra filial para refazer. escolhi o modelo e veio diferente do modelo escolhido novamente eu nem vou mais trocar por que já percebi que o padrão de atendimento de vocês é esse do descaso. Isso sem conta que o novo modelo veio todo arranhado parece que esfregaram no chão pra me entregar .
I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you buy this place when I went to buy my wedding ring the model came different from the chosen one. and the male was totally different from the female one, it didn't even seem to be the pair, so I went to another branch to remake it. I chose the model and it came different from the model chosen again, I'm not even going to change it anymore because I've already noticed that your standard of care is that of neglect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma aliança para aumentar o tamanho pedi que fosse feito o mesmo trabalho nela, me entregaram uma aliança totalmente diferente e mais leve, não recomendo de forma alguma esse local.

Perdi minha aliança comprei fui na loja no na JK no shopping Park Santana escolhi o modelo igual a do meu marido fui buscar e era outro modelo disseram que iria trocar, voltei e me deram a mesma aliança, disseram é essa e não existe o modelo que escolhi, me sinto roubada e enganada. COLOQUEM SUA RECLAMAÇÃO NO RECLAME AQUI, ESSA EMPRESA PRECISA PARAR COM ISSO.
DON'T BUY EVERY TIME YOU LOOK AT THE JEWEL YOU WILL REMEMBER IT WAS MADE OUT OF TRUGGLE!!!
I lost my ring I bought it I went to the store at JK at the Park Santana mall I chose the same model as my husband I went to get it and it was another model they said I would change it, I came back and they gave me the same ring, they said this is the one and there is no model that I chose, I feel robbed and cheated.
