★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e falta de respeito com o consumidor. Principalmente do funcionário Pedro Gonçalves. Ganhei um vale viagem que obriga a gente a ir a loja para utilizar e chegando lá a surpresa: os valores são cerca de 30% mais caro q no site da CVC e da Cia aérea. Quando questionei esse abuso ele disse que a loja tinha um custo. Ou seja você paga para usar seu vale viagem e de brinde ganha um atendimento PÉSSIMO! vergonha dessa loja!
Bad service and lack of respect for the consumer. Mainly from employee Pedro Gonçalves. I won a travel voucher that forces us to go to the store to use and getting there by surprise: the values are about 30% more expensive than the CVC and Cia Aérea website. When I questioned this abuse he said the store had a cost. In other words, you pay to use your travel voucher and get a terrible service! shame on this store!

Entrei justamente pra confirmar isso mais uma vez, pois havia ótimas opções na porta da loja, o que não se confirmou ao entrar e a desculpa é sempre a mesma, esgotou...powue continuam distribuindo o folheto na porta da loja. O mesmo acontece nos anúncios na mídia. Nunca encontro as promoções. Somos tratados como otários .
The service and space are great, but I can never access the promotions in the brochure. I went in just to confirm this again, because there were great options at the store door, which was not confirmed when entering and the excuse is always the same, sold out ... powue continue to distribute the brochure at the store door. The same is true of media ads. I never find promotions. We are treated like suckers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo uma péssima experiência, pra comprar foi super rápido, mas com o cancelamento da viagem devido a pandemia, vieram os problemas.
Deixei por conta da gerente me ajudar com a escolha da próxima data de ida, disse apenas que queria entre Abril e Maio, pois aí começou o primeiro problema porque a viagem foi marcada para um feriado e depois ela me disse que eu tinha que pagar a diferença do hotel por isso, aleguei que não iria pagar e que queria o mesmo hotel com café da manhã conforme havia combinado, tive que mudar a data da minha viagem pra depois de uma viagem que eu havia planejado pra descanso, já que essa primeira será bem cansativa. Vou precisar inverter tudo por causa disso. Sem contar com o aéreo que está sendo um custo pra ser resolvido. Parece que preciso implorar pra eles me atenderem e resolverem tudo.
Nunca mais compro nada com eles! Só te atendem bem quando você senta pra pagar, depois disso, esquece! Pra responder e-mail leva mais de uma semana com a desculpa de que o trabalho está sendo em dias intercalados.
Eu precisei procurar um monte de hotel quando soube que ia pagar mais caro por causa da data que era feriado, eu fiz o trabalho que eles deveriam fazer e por último por não querer ficar em hotéis mais baratos e mais longe do que o contratado eu decidi remarcar a viagem pra outro dia. Parece que foi tudo orquestrado pra eu gastar mais e dar mais dinheiro pra eles, se ao menos o serviço compensasse, mas nem isso.
Agora a segunda luta ... remarcar o aéreo do qual eu já pesquisei e já mandei tudo mastigadinho para a gerente.
Nunca mais!
I'm having a bad experience, buying it was super fast, but with the trip being canceled due to the pandemic, the problems came.
I left it up to the manager to help me choose the next departure date, I just said that I wanted between April and May, because then the first problem started because the trip was scheduled for a holiday and then she told me that I had to pay the unlike the hotel so i claimed i wouldn't pay and that i wanted the same hotel with breakfast as agreed, i had to change the date of my trip to after a trip i had planned for rest, since this first one will be very tiring. I will need to reverse everything because of this. Not counting the air that is being a cost to be solved. It seems that I need to beg them to take care of me and solve everything.
I never buy anything from them again! They only serve you well when you sit down to pay, after that, forget it! To answer e-mail takes more than a week with the excuse that the work is being done on alternate days.
I had to look for a lot of hotels when I knew I was going to pay more because of the holiday date, I did the job they were supposed to do and lastly because I didn't want to stay in cheaper hotels and further away than the contractor I decided reschedule the trip for another day. It seems that it was all orchestrated for me to spend more and give them more money, if only the service would pay, but not even that.
Now for the second fight ... reschedule the aerial I already researched and sent everything chewed to the manager.
Never!
