★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um prato de risoto e sobrecoxa de frango. O Arroz estava duro e o frango cru. Comi o arroz porque precisava trabalhar e fui explicar que o frango estava cru... a única coisa que eles fizeram foi me dar um cartão com dois carimbos para conseguir um prato novo e precisaria de mais 8. Achei um absurdo. Não recomendo e faço questão de fazer marketing negativo
 I ordered a plate of risotto and a chicken drumstick. The rice was hard and the chicken raw. I ate the rice because I needed to work and went to explain that the chicken was raw... the only thing they did was give me a card with two stamps to get a new dish and I would need another 8. I thought it was absurd. I don't recommend it and I insist on negative marketing

O risoto estava bem gostoso, bem temperado porém a fraldinha estava com o corte no sentido errado da carne, o que deixou bem difícil de cortá-la e estava com muita gordura. Atendimento muito bom e rápido. Valor medido R$ 34,00.
I ordered a leek risotto with lime and added grilled flank steak to my order. The risotto was very tasty, well seasoned but the flank was cut in the wrong direction of the meat, which made it very difficult to cut and was very fat. Very good and fast service. Measured value R $ 34.00.

Percebi que meu pedido estava demorando muito para sair e fui verificar com a atendente. Ela me informou que era o próximo em preparo, aguardei mais um pouco e nada. Quando cobrei mais uma vez, ela foi atrás e viram que meu pedido não foi feito e correram pra fazer.
Resultado, fiz um pedido e fiquei praticamente 1h aguardando.
Very disorganized!
I noticed that my order was taking a long time to come out and went to check with the attendant. She informed me that she was the next one in preparation, I waited a little longer and nothing. When I charged again, she went after it and they saw that my order was not made and they ran to do it.
As a result, I placed an order and was waiting almost 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que experimento o risoto e me surpreendeu de forma SUPER negativa. O arroz estava duro e o risoto aguado. Nunca vi tanta falta de qualidade na minha vida!
Eles ainda erraram a minha bebida. A sensação que eu tive, foi de que a unidade não tem noção nenhuma do que estão fazendo.
Não indico para ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pratos são divinos, sempre gostei muito. Pra mim o melhor do shopping. Mas hoje em especial fui surpreendida negativamente em relação ao prato que escolhi e não tinha e a operadora do caixa não sabia e logo tive que trocar depois de quase pagar, e os talheres. Pedi sobrecoxa, troquei pelo filé de frango, ok. Mas com talheres de plástico foi um tanto complicado cortar o filé de frango que inclusive quebrou antes de finalizar meu almoço.
The dishes are divine, I've always enjoyed it a lot. For me the best of the mall. But today in particular I was negatively surprised about the dish I chose and I didn't have it and the cashier didn't know and soon I had to change it after almost paying, and the cutlery. I ordered drumstick, I exchanged it for the chicken fillet, ok. But with plastic cutlery it was a little complicated to cut the chicken fillet that even broke before finishing my lunch.

I tried a carbonara risotto and my husband a curd cheese and bacon risotto. It didn't disappoint, it was tasty and the price was honest (R$ 29.50).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos meus restaurantes favoritos, a comida é deliciosa, bem temperada, ótimas porções, tive um problema numa das primeiras vezes que comprei, mas foi resolvido tranquilamente. Os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos.
One of my favorite restaurants, the food is delicious, well seasoned, great portions, I had a problem one of the first times I bought it, but it was resolved smoothly. The staff are attentive and friendly.
