Fazem 2 meses que espero um contato sobre uma viagem para a Europa. Ainda bem que eu comprei as passagens direto pela companhia aérea e reservei os hotéis diretamente.
Se eu fosse esperar.... perderia a data da viagem

Foi tudo ótimo desde a acomodação aos passeios, o receptivo deles em Natal é excelente, tive problemas com a Avianca, mas graças a equipe da CVC deu tudo certo! Super recomendo, minha próxima viagem vai ser com a CVC Shopping Itapecerica com certeza!
I made a trip to Natal now in April with them, I loved it, the one who sold me the package was Vanessa. Everything was great from the accommodation to the tours, the receptive of them in Natal is excellent, I had problems with Avianca, but thanks to the CVC team everything went right! Super recommend, my next trip will be with CVC Shopping Itapecerica for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, comprei um pacote para maceio hotel 4 estrelas vista pro mar etc, chegando no hotel um quarto tão pequeno e apertado, fiquei extremamente chateado com a CVC vender uma coisa e na realidade e outra, ainda mais os funcionários do hotel brisa praia maceio informou que vários clientes estão insatisfeitos com o tratamento que a CVC da a seus clientes, espero que resolvam esse problema até amanhã, caso contrário tomarei as devidas providências inclusive na esfera judicial

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pela minha experiência com a compra que fiz na loja ,não recomendaria para nenhum familiar ou amigo ,pois quando procurei a loja foi com a intenção de ir viajar sucegada sem nenhuma preocupação , pensando que nao precisaria me preocupar com nada ,mas nao foi bem assim que aconteceu ,não tive nenhuma orientação sobre a viagem praticamente ,no dia da compra da viagem , a atendente queria me vender apenas uma hospedagem , parecia estar com preguiça para fazer as hospedagens que solicitei ,pois queria ficar em all inclusive para relaxar e quando fosse fazer os passeios e que não saisse lesada por pagar pelos benefícios all inclusive ,eu iria ficar em um hotel sò com cafe da manhã e em outra cidade para poder aproveitar bem ,que a mesma nao entendi a parte que nao queria hotéis ruins ,enfim eu mesma tive que pesquisar e falar os hotéis que queria , ela não me ofereceu carro pra alugar ,perguntei se no aeroporto de recife teria locadora de carros e ela disse que sim , que no caso quando cheguei para alugar nao havia em nenhuma locadora carro disponível , por pura preguiça dela de incluir o carro no pacote .
após a compra antes de embarcar fui para retirar o voucher ,a atendente que me atendeu foi super grossa comigo , pois falei que estava com pressa , não gostei da forma que foi direcionado à mim ,além do mais eu sou uma cliente .
enfim geralmente a agência de viagem faz o check in do voo , marcar o assento , nem ao menos me informou que eles não realizaram , quando entrei em contato pelo whats App que a própria atendente disse que qualquer dúvida era sò enviar msg que eu teria o suporte ,demorou 1 dia para me responder ,que no caso eu já estava embarcando ,alegando que a loja ja estava cheia de cliente e estava de folga e a outra atendente não conseguiu me atender
ou seja ,nos so temos atenção quando vai comprar ,após a compra esquece
não gostei do atendimento e não voltaria comprar nenhuma outra viagem pela loja,
compensa muito mais você ir e comprar sozinha que sai mais em conta e menos dor de cabeca em relação a expectativa.

after the purchase before embarking I went to collect the voucher, the attendant who answered me was super rude to me, because I said I was in a hurry, I didn't like the way it was directed to me, besides I am a customer.
Anyway, the travel agency usually checks in the flight, marks the seat, nor does it even inform me that they did not do it, when I got in touch via whats App, the attendant herself said that any doubt was just to send a message that I would have the support, it took 1 day to answer me, in which case I was already embarking, claiming that the store was already full of customers and was off duty and the other attendant was unable to attend me
that is, we only pay attention when you go to buy, after the purchase you forget
I didn’t like the service and wouldn’t buy another trip through the store,
it pays a lot more to go and buy it on your own, which is more affordable and less of a headache compared to expectations.
