★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento para comprar é ótimo, mas depois ligamos para tirar dúvida é para mandarem o voucher de viagem e não atenderam mais, provavelmente tem identificação de quem está ligando e simplesmente não atendiam mais, e por vezes dava ocupado, e as vezes não atendiam. Tive que ligar para a empresa do Riverside para eles me mandarem o voucher.
A cvc do Teresina shopping caiu no meu conceito.
Customer service to buy is great, but then we call to ask questions is to send the travel voucher and they didn't answer anymore, they probably have identification of who is calling and they simply didn't answer anymore, and sometimes it was busy, and sometimes they didn't answer. I had to call Riverside's company for them to send me the voucher.
The Teresina shopping cvc fell into my concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pacote para BH, para realizar um curso. Chegando na agência dei opções de 4 hotéis que o curso me deu de locais próximo ao evento. O agente de viagem na hora de fechar o pacote pesquisou e disse que naquele momento tinha outro hotel próximo mais barato e que ficava próximo ao evento (entende-se que quando você vai fechar um pacote com uma agência de turismo é porque queremos ajuda). Aceitei a proposta dele. Agora estou passando o maior sufoco, o hotel que ele me indicou fica o oposto do local do evento, estou gastando horrores com Uber para ir e voltar do hotel que estou para o evento. Não indico a empresa para ninguém, nao fecho nunca mais pacotes com a CVC.
I made a package for BH, to take a course. Arriving at the agency I gave options of 4 hotels that the course gave me from places close to the event. The travel agent, at the time of closing the package, researched and said that at that moment there was another cheaper hotel nearby and that it was close to the event (it is understood that when you are going to close a package with a travel agency it is because we want help). I accepted his proposal. Now I'm having a hard time, the hotel he indicated is opposite the location of the event, I'm spending horrors with Uber to get to and from the hotel I'm in for the event. I do not recommend the company to anyone, I never close packages with CVC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foram me pegar no aeroporto nem deixar e me colocaram num quarto misto no hostel, sendo que eu tinha pedido pra me colocarem num feminino. Descumpriram o contrato do transfer e ainda disseram que não iam me devolver o valor total que eu paguei.
They didn't pick me up at the airport or drop me off and put me in a mixed room at the hostel, and I had asked them to put me in a female. They did not comply with the transfer contract and even said that they would not return the full amount I paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O quarto seria de frente para o jardim e como fiz a troca de resort , a cvc esqueceu e fiquei hospedada em um quarto com outra vista, não gostei nem um pouco.
The room would be facing the garden and as I changed the resort, cvc forgot and I stayed in a room with another view, I didn't like it at all.
