No dia 25/09/2019, solicitei a confecção de 1.000 cartões de visita 5X5cm e ontem, 03/10/2019, ao buscar o material, me deparei com uma impressão totalmente "pixelada" com uma péssima qualidade. E o que me deixa mais insatisfeito com o serviço é que em nenhum momento, a empresa me ligou para informar que a imagem a ser impressa talvez não fosse ficar com uma boa qualidade e perguntando se eu gostaria de alterar ou mudar algo do combinado. Eu não tenho conhecimento técnico para saber isso, mas a designer responsável sim, e a partir do momento que que eu contrato um serviço, o profissional se torna responsável pela qualidade do produto. Desde ontem estou tentando contato com a responsável pela gráfica, e hoje ao tentar contato pelo telefone, fui informado que a mesma não estaria presente, e se quer um pedido de desculpas ou uma rápida solução foi apresentada oque me leva a pensar que não se importam nem um pouco com os clientes.

Since yesterday I am trying to contact the head of the printer, and today when trying to contact by phone, I was informed that she would not be present, and if you want an apology or a quick solution was presented which makes me think you do not care not at all with customers.
