Desde a receptividade, o comprometimento com os prazos, a comunicação (agendamento de visitas) e a vendedora Victoria. Profissional excelente, competente. Só Gratidão! Depois eu volto pra finalizar o comentário, pós entrega e montagem dos móveis! Por ora estão de parabéns, ?????????
My furniture hasn't been delivered yet, I'm in the measurement process, but so far I only have compliments on this store. From the reception, the commitment to the deadlines, the communication (scheduling visits) and the salesperson Victoria. Excellent, competent professional. Just Gratitude! Then I'll be back to finish the comment, post delivery and assembly of the furniture! Congratulations for now, ?????????

Diferente das conhecidas lojas de "modulados", eles montam tudo com a especificação exata, sem necessidade de adaptações pra encaixar nas "medidas padronizadas".
Várias opções de cores e acabamentos, qualidade impecável, montadores muito caprichosos e capacitados, atendimento pós venda nota 10.
O único detalhe é que precisa se atentar aos prazos, pois são uns 20 dias úteis para o projeto + 60 úteis pra entrega + 7 úteis pra montagem, etc... tempo total foi de 6 meses entre a compra e a instalação final... fora isso, ficou perfeito.

Several options of colors and finishes, impeccable quality, very capricious and capable assemblers, after-sales service note 10.
The only detail is that you need to pay attention to the deadlines, as it takes about 20 working days for the project + 60 working days for delivery + 7 working days for assembly, etc... total time was 6 months between purchase and final installation.. .other than that, it was perfect.
