Porém na compra eles procuram te tranquilizar com a garantia de 5 anos, falam que eh garantido qualquer problema eh só ligar. Porém após dois anos uma peça cai, descola, pois não estava fixada com parafuso, e aí vc descobre que a garantia de 5 anos é enganosa. Dizem que “montagem” ou “defeito de uso” tem apenas meses de garantia. Decepcionante

However when buying they try to reassure you with the 5 year warranty, they say that any problem is guaranteed and just call. However, after two years a piece falls off, takes off, because it was not fixed with a screw, and then you discover that the 5 year warranty is misleading. They say that "assembly" or "defect in use" has only months of warranty. Disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. O vendedor agendou e faltou 3 vezes seguidas para apresentar o projeto. Pior que desmarcou no mesmo dia da reunião dizendo que tinha agendado com outro cliente e na outra oportunidades não estava no local agendado pois teve reunião com uma arquiteta. Ou seja, não deu importância ao meu projeto, trocou por outras reuniões. Fico pensando que seria um encontro para fechar negócio, ou seja, para eu pagar pelo projeto, fico imaginando se fosse por algum problema de execução, atraso de entrega, como seria? Provavelmente seria um problema. Não indico.

Worse, he canceled on the same day of the meeting saying that he had scheduled with another client and on the other occasion he was not at the scheduled place because he had a meeting with an architect. In other words, he didn't give importance to my project, he switched to other meetings. I keep thinking that it would be a meeting to close a deal, that is, for me to pay for the project, I wonder if it was due to some problem in the execution, delay in delivery, what would it be like? It would probably be a problem. I don't indicate.
