Porém estive no último dia 10/12 que estava com retoque de luzes agendado e chegando no estabelecimento as 4 vagas de estacionamento estavam sendo utilizadas. Bem na frente do salão tem cerca de umas 5 ou 6 vagas rotativas de zona azul que também estavam sendo utilizadas. Fiquei parada na rua em fila dupla um pouco mais para frente do salão aguardando uma vaga, cerca de 25 minutos depois saiu um carro do estacionamento do salão, então fui estacionar o meu veículo e para minha surpresa a funcionária do salão Beth entrou no meio da vaga com os braços abertos me impedindo de estacionar pois estava guardando a vaga para a cliente dela! OI?! Que tipo de atitude é essa?! As vagas são preferenciais conforme a cliente?! Ou as vagas são rotativas para qualquer cliente que esteja utilizando os serviços do salão?!
Só não fui embora porque era retoque de luzes e não ia conseguir outro horário devido o final de ano, se fosse qualquer outro tipo de serviço eu teria ido embora.
Não recomendo o salão pois esse tipo de atitude mostra que o salão tem atendimento diferenciado conforme o cliente, conforme a cara do cliente ou sei lá o que!
Pretendo não ter que colocar meus pés nunca mais neste estabelecimento, se minha Cabelereira não puder me atender em outro lugar mudarei de profissional pois neste salão não vou mais!
Péssimo, evitem!
I was at the salon a few times and at first, the service was ok.
But I was on the last day 10/12 that had light retouching scheduled and arriving at the establishment the 4 parking spaces were being used. Right in front of the hall there are about 5 or 6 rotating blue zone spaces that were also being used. I stood in the street in a double line a little further to the front of the hall waiting for a spot, about 25 minutes later a car left the hall parking lot, so I went to park my vehicle and to my surprise Beth the hall employee entered the middle of the hall. vacancy with open arms preventing me from parking because I was saving the space for her client! HI?! What kind of attitude is that?! Are the vacancies preferred according to the client?! Or are the vacancies rotating for any client who is using the salon's services?!
The only reason I didn't leave was because it was light retouching and I wasn't going to get another time due to the end of the year, if it had been any other type of service I would have left.
I do not recommend the salon because this type of attitude shows that the salon has differentiated service according to the customer, according to the customer's face or whatever!
I intend to never have to set foot in this establishment again, if my Hairdresser can't see me elsewhere, I'll change professional because I'm not going to this salon anymore!
Terrible, avoid!
