As it was a Sunday I had a good service, it was my first time in the hospital I really liked the service and the Dr who also arrived for having gone to the support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a anos! Mas, hoje tive uma enorme decepção ao ter uma emergência com a Maria que já é paciente da clínica. Nunca mais iremos e não indicaremos mais. Mal.atendimento e zero comprometimento da veterinária que atendeu pela manhã! Nem olhou, mal falou bom dia e nós despachou. A Gabriela atendeu presenciou o péssimo atendimento.
I'm a customer for years! But today I had a huge disappointment when having an emergency with Maria who is already patient of the clinic. We will never go and we will not indicate more. Evil.national and zero compromise of the veterinarian who attended in the morning! He did not even look, barely spoke good morning, and we dispatched. Gabriela answered witnessed the poor care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento insatisfação com a clínica, foram bons em cobrar ate agora, minha Shitzu fez ultrassom na terça feira e pediram 48h para o laudo sair.
Era para ele ter saído ontem e hoje liguei menina que atendeu disse iria ver com setor.
Poxa minha cachorra está sem comer, sem beber água e totalmente apática.
Até momento não indico a clínica a ninguém
So far, dissatisfaction with the clinic, they were good at charging so far, my Shitzu had an ultrasound on Tuesday and they asked for 48 hours for the report to come out.
He was supposed to leave yesterday and today I called the girl who answered and said she would have to do with the sector.
My dog is not eating, not drinking water and totally apathetic.
So far I don't recommend the clinic to anyone.
