★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparando os preços , o salão cobra caro, não consegue manter os profissionais de qualidade . É um local apertado, quando alguém faz progressiva o cheiro forte faz os olhos arderem. Precisa melhorar o ambiente e praticar preços justos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei horário com uma semana de antecedência e fui informada que a progressiva não tinha cheiro forte e custatia R$250,00. No dia marcado o cabeleireiro lavou meu cabelo e saiu para atender outros clientes enquanto uma assistente muito educada e prestativa, porém inexperiente, fez todo o processo que, devido à pouca habilidade da profissional demorou 3 horas e meia. O cheiro era tão insuportável que eu, as outras clientes e manicures tivemos que usar máscaras durante a secagem. No final o cabeleireiro voltou e disse que precisava cortar as pontas. Não perguntei o preço e na saída paguei R$ 280,00 pela progressiva e R$ 60,00 pelo "corte". Para completar experiência, o estacionamento ainda é pago pelo cliente. Não bastasse tudo isso, ao lavar o cabelo o resultado final ficou péssimo com a raiz lisa em algumas partes e cacheada em outras. Definitivamente não recomendo!
I made an appointment a week in advance and was informed that the progressive had no strong smell and cost R $ 250.00. On the appointed day the hairdresser washed my hair and went out to meet other clients while a very polite and helpful assistant, however inexperienced, did the whole process which, due to the professional's little skill, took 3 and a half hours. The smell was so unbearable that I, the other clients and the manicurists had to wear masks while drying. In the end the hairdresser came back and said he needed to cut the ends. I didn't ask for the price and at the end I paid R $ 280.00 for the progressive and R $ 60.00 for the "cut". To complete the experience, parking is still paid for by the customer. All this was not enough, when washing the hair the final result was terrible with the smooth root in some parts and curly in others. I definitely don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o salão porque pensava em clarear os cabelos, me indicaram uma (profissional) que me disse que faria o teste para ver a possibilidade de fazer luzes , enfim fez o teste , dizendo que o cabelo passou no teste e poderia fazer as luzes, me mostrou uma tabela de cores e disse que iria ficar Naquele tom que escolhi, passado quatro horas me levou para o lavatório e tirou o papel alumínio , foi entao que começou meu desespero , veio com um pote preparado com mais pó descolorante e começou a esfregar no cabelo , esfregava tanto o cabelo que machucava a cabeça , depois pedia pra ficar mais dez minutos com o pó descolorante e a cabeça inclinada no lavatório. , Passado os dez minutos esfregava mais e dizia , só mais um pouco, comecei a ficar muito nervosa porque percebi que algo estava errado, percebi que a cabeleira perguntou para o outro profissional se a tinta que ela estava na mão era verde , aí pensei meu Deus se ela não consegue saber que cor e a cor que vai neutralizar meus cabelos o que vai ser agora dos meus cabelos, , enfim depois de um tremendo torcicolo ela lavou , e quando secou os cabelos estavam hororosos, não t como definir a cor porque esta muito manchado, os cabelos estão com os fios totalmente danificados , fui num outro profissional , que avaliou meus cabelos disse que não há muito a fazer porque o cabelo está com corte quimico , ou seja está quebrado , caindo em mechas , agora teria que fazer reconstrução e cortar curto, até agora não recebi uma ligação de um gerente ou dono do salão , aqui no meu prédio que fica muito perto as pessoas estão muito indignadas , disseram que e pra eu não deixar isso pra lá porque foi um absurdo, bem estou querendo resolver e solucionar esse problema mas parece que o importante pra os próprietarios e apenas o dinheiro que vc gasta lá . Portanto estou me sentindo muito decepcionada , e espero que outras pessoas não passem por isso.esse salão fica dentro do supermercado Sonda .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima unha com a Andréia, recomendo muito. Dou 4 estrelas porque de sexta feira é muito apertado na parte de cima onde faz unha, e só um ventilador. Aglomeração nesses dias de pandemia é complicado.
Great nail with Andréia, I highly recommend it. I give 4 stars because on Fridays it's very tight at the top where you make a nail, and there's only one fan. Crowding in these pandemic days is tricky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse salão é péssimo, fiz uma escova e pedi hidratação da truss, até aonde sei o correto seria usar shampoo, condicionador,e máscara. Pois nesse salão não funciona assim, meu cabelo foi lavado com shampoo de lavatório e nen passou condicionador, foi direto para a máscara da truss ,nen sei se realmente era da truss, porque meu cabelo ficou duro e a escova parecia que eu tinha feito prancha, PÉSSIMO a qualidade desse estabelecimento, não recomendo! Paguei 80R$ joguei fora . No outro dia lavei meu cabelo em casa de tanto nervoso ?
