★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma geladeira no Carrefour, agendei entrega com um mês de antecedência e mesmo assim a transportadora atrasou a entrega. No dia da entrega a empresa veio com um motorista e uma senhora. Com todo respeito e sem ser machista, mas o ideal seria que tivessem no mínimo mais dois homens. Eu e o zelador do meu prédio tivemos que ajudar na descarga. Só depois da entrega, ao abrir a geladeira notei que a mesma teve prateleiras danificadas e uma trinca na porta e estou tendo sérios problemas e transtornos para trocar o aparelho junto ao Carrefour. Não recomendo essa empresa.
I bought a refrigerator at Carrefour, scheduled delivery a month in advance, and yet the carrier delayed delivery. On delivery day the company came with a driver and a lady. With all due respect and without being sexist, but ideally they had at least two more men. My building janitor and I had to help with the unloading. Only after the delivery, when I opened the fridge did I notice that it had damaged shelves and a crack in the door and I'm having serious problems and inconvenience to change the appliance next to Carrefour. I do not recommend this company.
