★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não façam coleta de sangue lá. Não sabem conter gato de maneira catfriendly. Não recomendo para tutores de gatos. Péssima coleta. Demorou para ser atendido. Marquei às 9
e só fui atendida 15 minutos depois. Demorou para coletar e precisam se atualizar de práticas amigáveis para os gatos. O médico dá uma péssima desculpa e duas alternativas que NÃO são funcionais para GATOS. Teve que furar ela duas vezes.
O tutor não pode ser responsável para conter o animal para coleta e o médico não quer por "em risco" os auxiliares, entretanto, essa é a função deles: ajudar na realização da coleta. Minha gata ficou muito estressada e nós também.
E ainda exigem pagamento antes do atendimento. Se eu já não tivesse pago, teria ido embora sem realizar o exame.
Terrible attendance. Don't take blood there. They don't know how to contain cats in a catfriendly way. Not recommended for cat owners. Bad collection. It took time to be attended to. I scored at 9
and I was only answered 15 minutes later. It took time to collect and need to update friendly practices for cats. The doctor gives a bad excuse and two alternatives that are NOT functional for CATS. Had to pierce her twice.
The tutor cannot be responsible for containing the animal for collection and the doctor does not want to "at risk" the assistants, however, this is their function: to help with the collection. My cat was very stressed and so were we.
And they still require payment before service. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left without taking the exam.
