★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima.... pedi 04 lanches pelo aplicativo de lanches onde me deram 40 minutos e nada, mas no aplicativo já dado como pronto e acaminho... só que não.... após quase 01 hora e 40 minutos ligo para a lanchonete e me informam que o lanche está pronto a espera de um motoboy.... muita Sacanagem.... comer lanche frio.... nota zero.. ou melhor 01.... cancelei o lanche.
 Unfortunately ... I ordered 04 snacks through the application of snacks where they gave me 40 minutes and nothing, but in the application already given as ready and bedside ... just not .... after almost 01 hour and 40 minutes I call the snack bar and inform me that the snack is ready to wait for a motoboy .... a lot of Slut .... eat cold snack .... zero note .. or better 01 .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo estabelecimento. Fiz um pedido pelo ifood e chegou com 80 minutos (1h 20 minutos) de atraso. Com 50min de atraso eu liguei e me informaram que já estava chegando. Liguei mais 20min depois e me deram a mesma justificativa. Absurdo ter que esperar mais de 1h além do tempo que o estabelecimento prevê para a entrega!!!
A demora a tão grande que o lanche já vem prejudicado, sem a temperatura adequada.
Bad establishment. I placed an order for ifood and it arrived 80 minutes (1h 20 minutes) late. 50 minutes late I called and was informed that it was coming. I called another 20min later and they gave me the same justification. Absurd to have to wait more than 1h beyond the time that the establishment provides for delivery !!!
The delay is so long that the snack is already impaired, without the proper temperature.

PROPRIETÁRIO MENTINDO NAS REPOSTAS, SEGUEM AS IMAGENS (promoção no aplicativo e ligação efetuada com o número do estabelecimento que consta na busca do google e no Ifood). "Força aí". O que era pra ser agradável se tornou uma experiência detestável. Estou cumprindo isolamento pelo contágio da Covid-19 e sou da área da saúde. Só posso receber a comida pelo elevador deixada pelo porteiro com os cuidados necessários. Pedi pelo ifood a promoção do hambúrguer, açaí e refrigerante pelo preço de 25 reais. Chegou com atraso e só veio o hambúrguer. Mesmo assim veio todo desmontado dentro da embalagem. Comuniquei ao estabelecimento e disse o seguinte: "Não vou precisar esperar mais uma hora e meia não né?"; com a resposta: "Meu amigo, você não esperou uma hora e meia e se eu estou dizendo que vou mandar agora é porque é agora" em tom grosso e mal educado me comunicando que iria mandar um novo pedido. Cinco minutos seguintes o interfone toca e o entregador pede que eu devolva o lanche que chegou todo bagunçado. Comuniquei a minha situação, estando o entregador de frente para o porteiro e podendo confirmar com o mesmo. Permaneceu intransigente e disse que estrava entregando o resto do pedido (açaí e refrigerante). Achando um absurdo, respondi que não ficaria com a consciência tranquila que a embalagem e o lanche poderiam estar contaminados haja vista eu ter manuseado e disse que poderia levar embora caso a decisão permanecesse. Liguei para o estabelecimento e a falta de educação do atendente foi mais absurda ainda. Questionando se de fato eu era profissional de saúde, onde eu tinha formado, se eu tinha formado, quem era meu "chefe". Seria cômico senão o absurdo de um estabelecimento que não respeita os clientes quando erra e pior, tem o mais profundo desleixo quanto à relação com eles. Ou seja, paguei para estragar a noite e conhecer um local do qual não quero nunca mais escutar o nome, quem dirá pedir alguma coisa. Extremamente Lamentável.

I communicated my situation, with the delivery guy facing the doorman and being able to confirm with the same. He remained uncompromising and said he was delivering the rest of the order (açaí and soda). Finding it absurd, I replied that I would not have a clear conscience that the packaging and the snack could be contaminated since I handled it and said that I could take it away if the decision remained. I called the establishment and the lack of education of the attendant was even more absurd. Questioning whether I was actually a health professional, where I graduated, if I graduated, who my "boss" was. It would be comical if not the absurdity of an establishment that does not respect customers when it makes a mistake and worse, it has the deepest neglect regarding its relationship with them. In other words, I paid to spoil the night and visit a place I never want to hear the name of again, let alone ask for something. Extremely pitiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dá uma ? porque não pode da 0 , fiz pedido de um lanche nesse local foram 2 horas e 15 minutos de espera , não adianta mandar mensagem pra eles não responde , falei com suporte do Ifood pra vê se resolveriam meu problema ,não sei como deixa um estabelecimento desse na plataforma o cara trabalha com 2 motoboy só e pelo que vi aqui nas reclamações , não gosta de assumir seus erros colocando a culpa no cliente eu não compro mais nada aí .

Descaso total com o consumidor, quando liga mentem na resposta, meu pedido foi cancelado 2 horas depois de recebido. Não recomendo para ninguém, espero que leiam este comentário e peçam de outro lugar.
AVOID THIS PLACE, EVEN ON IFOOD!
Total disregard for the consumer, when they call they lie in the answer, my order was canceled 2 hours after it was received. I don't recommend it to anyone, I hope you read this review and order from somewhere else.
